and the Valuation of Conservation Easements Professional Development Program.
Joseph E. Batis, MAI, AI-GRS is the only Member of the Appraisal Institute in Illinois who is listed on both registries by the Appraisal Institute. Joseph Batis is experienced in litigation matters involving partial interests, partial acquisitions, fee and easement takings, remainder property impacts, “before and after” property damage studies, market studies, and minority interest valuations.

We provide professional, prompt, quality service to our clients without compromising integrity. The staff appraisers and research affiliates obtain training and continuing education credits through courses and seminars offered by the Appraisal Institute.

We prepare valuation estimates throughout the State of Illinois. Although the primary focus of our market area is the Chicago metropolitan area, we cover all areas within the state. In addition, our research team and affiliates are qualified and licensed in several states in the midwest, allowing us to provide you services in multiple jurisdictions and market areas.
Providing Dedicated Professionals
Every appraisal assignment is prepared or reviewed by an appraiser holding the MAI designation and the State of Illinois General Certification. The staff appraisers are expert witnesses who have testified in court in matters relating to condemnation, zoning, tax appeals and estate matters.
